A band performance shoot at the music venue Purgatory occurred in March 2023, produced by Amir Moverman. We filmed on DV and composite, led by cinematographer David Cardoza, with additional camera operation from Janie Jaffe and Brian Haver-Scanlon. I created several animated sequences for the video out of illustrations by Jess Prussack. Our process involved bringing 2D illustration into Unity to create environments and both manual and programmed animation. A final pass of analog video feedback effects was conducted with video artist Janie Jaffe.
